Ring Product techniques and Quality System
1. Raw materials:
1) Top and center ring material are mainly high-carbon stainless steel, high-performance alloy gray iron, ductile iron and low alloy spring steel.

3) For diesel engine oil rings, it generally consists of spring expander plus cast iron, ductile iron or nitriding oil ring assembly.
2. Surface treatment: chrome plating, nitriding, molybdenum spraying and PVD etc.
3. Phosphate coating and oxidation are being applied to surface protection treatment.
4. Processing equipment accomplished 80% numerical control, 15% automotive production with 5% manual operation.
5. The constant 6 sigma quality system is being conducted, with CPK rate as the evaluation standard aiming to achieve 0 defect productions.
